Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and Business
Experience: Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have related technical sales experience, or equivalent experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field with 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, technical consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical or sales experience, or equivalent experience
  • The candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a relevant customer industry (Energy)
  • The candidates should have 4+ years of experience in digital transformation, or using technology to drive customer business outcomes

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to document and articulate the customer’s business objectives, technology landscape, and AI and Security strategy
  • The candidates should be able to drive Microsoft Business growth, including partner co-sell motions and governance around consumption and intent to use
  • The candidates should be able to lead AI (including data and migration) and Security conversations across various areas, aligning them with customer business priorities
  • The candidates should be able to apply expertise in customer businesses, technology platforms, and industry to build an AI strategy with the customer that supports business outcomes
  • The candidates should be able to challenge customers’ assumptions constructively to facilitate discussions around business and technology
  • The candidates should have the ability to apply deep expertise across specific accounts or broad expertise across many accounts to inform the development of appropriate Industry Sales Kits and identify key industry partners within the customer’s vertical
  • The candidates should be able to articulate and understand specific industry-related market trends, customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth within the customer’s broader industry context
