Salary: $36.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Surrey, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning 
Supervision: 5 to 10 people


Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment and be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and handling heavy loads
  • The candidates should be attentive to detail and comfortable with tasks that involve sitting
  • The candidates should be capable of a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and be able to stand for extended periods

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply


  • The candidates should be able to manage staff, assign duties, and study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors’ operations on sales
  • The candidates should be able to determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
  • The candidates should be able to develop and implement marketing strategies, plan budgets, and monitor revenues and expenses
  • The candidates should be able to determine staffing requirements, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, supervise office and volunteer staff, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration
