Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Accounting software, Quick Books, internet, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Outlook

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports, analyze financial documents and reports, and reconcile accounts
  • The candidates should be able to prepare trial balance of books, post journal entries, and calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • The candidates should be able to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • The candidates should be able to prepare tax returns and keep financial records, establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
