Salary: $2,600 to $3,500 monthly (To be negotiated)for 40 hours per week

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software, Electronic mail, Simply Accounting, MS Excel, MS Word, Internet, and MS Windows

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be accurate in their work
  • The candidates should have a strong client focus and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should be organized, reliable, and team players
  • The candidates should be quick learners


  • The candidates should be able to prepare general ledger and journal entries
  • The candidates should be able to manage accounts payable and prepare trial balance
  • The candidates should be able to prepare bank reconciliations and conduct banking
  • The candidates should be able to conduct credit and collections, as well as perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing and record systems
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties and prepare financial statements and reports
