Shifts: Day, Evening, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 year to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic mail, MS Excel, MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be prepared for repetitive tasks, and have a strong attention to detail

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide basic information to clients and the public, obtain and process information required to provide services, and operate a switchboard or telephone system
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and calculate billing charges
