Salary: $24.62 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 12800 Bathgate Way suite 8, Richmond, BC V6V 1Z4
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by an employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College/CEGEP
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS Windows, MS Outlook

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be a multi-tasker, client focus, dependable, organized, initiative, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, and excellent written communication, and be able to work as a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position.
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
