Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience providing customer service in a high-volume environment, preferably in a health care setting
  • The candidates should have experience providing a broad range of administrative support in an office environment, including answering phones and directing calls, collaborating with other offices, services, and supports, collecting and processing financial transactions (e.g., invoicing, arranging, and taking payments)
  • The candidates should have recent experience using a variety of computer software such as Microsoft, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • The candidates should have experience maintaining paper and electronic file management systems, including data entry
  • The candidates should have experience working with sensitive information in highly confidential settings
  • The candidates should be culturally sensitive and have awareness of different cultures
  • The candidates should have an understanding of effective client support and the importance of maintaining confidentiality
  • The candidates should have computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • The candidates should have knowledge of electronic filing and/or patient management systems
  • The candidates should have the ability to adapt to and implement changes effectively
  • The candidates should have the ability to prioritize and function well even with multiple interruptions
  • The candidates should have the ability to provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The candidates should have effective organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

  •  The candidates should be able to provide support to the health care team and the clients while maintaining the legal and ethical bounds of client confidentiality
