Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks and demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess the ability to multitask effectively and be accurate in their work
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent oral and written communication
  • The candidates should be highly organized and reliable in meeting their commitments
  • The candidates should be effective team players and exercise sound judgement in decision-making
  • The candidates should demonstrate adaptability to changing situations and excel in time management

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and arrange travel itineraries with reservations
  • The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open/distribute incoming mail while coordinating information flow
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain filing systems, both manual and computerized
  • The candidates should be able to type, proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision
