Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Area of work experience: Occupational health and safety
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word, MS Windows, Electronic mail, MS Outlook

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, order office supplies, and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinate the flow of information, and set up/maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget expenditures, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, oversee the preparation of reports, and manage contracts
