Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be familiar with repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should possess attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and be organized
  • The candidates should function effectively as team players, possessing effective time management skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay calls and messages with professionalism and courtesy
  • The candidates should be able to plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures for efficient financial management
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the classification and rating of occupations for organizational structuring
  • The candidates should be able to manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and performance
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures for effective organizational operations
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring successful completion and adherence to timelines
