Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, handle repetitive tasks efficiently, and manage a large workload efficiently
- The candidates should be capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities, possess physical fitness to meet the demands of the role, and demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination in their work
- The candidates should have the ability to distinguish between colors as required for the job, be comfortable with standing for extended periods during their work shifts, be proficient in tasks involving bending, crouching, and kneeling, and be open to working overtime as needed for the position
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in wet/damp area, odours, outdoors, hot area, and dusty area
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sort and pack fruits and vegetables
