Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, however experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Excel, MS Windows

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work effectively under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while performing repetitive tasks with meticulous attention to detail, often involving sitting for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should possess efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, organization, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • The candidate should demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively and manage their time efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, obtain and process information required to provide customer service, operate switchboard or telephone system, and record and relay information
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance
  • The candidates should be able to relay service to persons with disabilities, perform data entry, provide customer service, and sell products on a retail basis
