Work setting: Restaurant, Rural area
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should prioritize client focus and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral communication abilities and exhibit flexibility
- The candidates should show initiative and maintain organization
- The candidates should be reliable and function effectively as team players
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers, accept payment in various forms, and provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to describe menu items, including daily specials, advise on menu selections, and assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to serve food and beverages, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
