Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, and electronic mail

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to plan and control budget and expenditures, and supervise other workers
  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, and train other workers
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, and answer electronic enquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, and negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers
  • The candidates should be able to oversee payroll administration, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
