Location: Delta, BC
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning, 10:00 to 18:00
Work setting: Health care institution, facility or clinic
Supervision: 5-10 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure
  • The candidates should pay attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and maintain organization in their work methods
  • The candidates should be team players, capable of collaborating effectively with others, and prioritize accuracy in their work
  • The candidates should be reliable in fulfilling their duties and commitments and exhibit effective time management skills
  • The candidates should be quick learners, able to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages as well as answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to advise senior management and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material while coordinating the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
