Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Equipment and machinery experience: Conventional oven, Deep fryer, Food dispensers, and Grill
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks
- The candidates should be willing to perform repetitive tasks and be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure and have a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Other Requirements:

- The candidates should have the ability to multitask and show initiative

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas, set tables effectively, and load buspans and trays efficiently
- The candidates should be able to clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units meticulously, operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware proficiently, and place dishes in storage areas appropriately
- The candidates should be able to sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand diligently, keep records of the quantities of food used accurately, and package take-out food neatly
- The candidates should be able to portion and wrap foods efficiently, prepare, heat, and finish simple food items effectively, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables courteously
- The candidates should be able to stock refrigerators and salad bars appropriately, use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs proficiently, and clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment thoroughly
- The candidates should be able to handle and store cleaning products safely, receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas appropriately, and remove kitchen garbage and trash diligently
- The candidates should be able to sharpen kitchen knives effectively and sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors proficiently
- The candidates should be able to wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit efficiently
