Salary: $27.00 hourly for 35 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 68 Nantucket Cres Brampton, ON L6S 3X5
Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
  • The candidates should be capable of working under pressure, especially when facing tight deadlines
  • The candidates should possess a keen attention to detail
  • The candidates should be proficient in handling repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be able to manage a large workload efficiently

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage a digital database
  • The candidates should be able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff
