Shifts: Day, Morning
Supervision: 1 to 2 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and working with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills and exercise good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, team players, and accurate
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability, have good time management skills, and be adaptable
- The candidates should be accountable, dependable, and demonstrate due diligence.
- The candidates should be quick learners
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, including determining and establishing office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to train other workers and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and oversee payroll administration
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including providing customer service
- The candidates should be able to greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, coordinating the flow of information
- The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, manage a digital database, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
