Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to supervise other workers, establish and implement policies and procedures, and train, direct, and motivate staff
  • The candidates should be able to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and schedule and confirm appointments
  • The candidates should be able to manage contracts, develop training strategies, and answer the telephone, relay calls and messages, and respond to electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, advise senior management, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies, negotiate collective agreements, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, set up and maintain filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
