Salary: $28.90 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: 6323 TARALEA PK NE Calgary, AB T3J 5G5
Shifts: Day, Weekend, Overtime, Morning
Transportation information: Public transportation is available

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in their work

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to establish and implement policies and procedures, assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and manage contracts
  • The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and answer electronic inquiries
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information, oversee the preparation of reports, and respond to employee questions and complaints
  • The candidates should be able to order office supplies and maintain inventory, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service and consult with clients after the sale to provide ongoing support
