Transportation information: Public transportation is available
Work setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, willing to relocate, and business
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Audio/audio-visual and project management
Computer and technology knowledge: Adobe Photoshop, HTML editing software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Security and safety: Bondable and criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should possess attention to detail and be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train and supervise staff, act as a spokesperson for an organization, and advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
- The candidates should be able to answer written and oral inquiries, assist in the preparation of various materials, and co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
- The candidates should be able to conduct public opinion and attitude surveys, develop, implement, and evaluate communication strategies and programs
- The candidates should be able to gather, research, and prepare communications material, as well as prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions
- The candidates should be able to prepare or oversee the preparation of reports, briefs, bibliographies, speeches, presentations, Website content, and press releases
