Salary: $15.30 to $18.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 10 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Part time leading to full time
Location: Winnipeg, MB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Finance and insurance, Business services

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Area of specialization: Financial statements, Invoices, Charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams, Business process management, and Accounting
Computer and technology knowledge: Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Word, and Quick Books
Technical terminology: Financial
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently, efficiently handle repetitive tasks, and work with minimal supervision
  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines

  • The candidates should be able to conduct research, perform data entry, provide customer service, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
