Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, showing flexibility in their approach to tasks and maintaining accuracy in their work
- The candidates should be organized and capable of multitasking, prioritizing client focus while being reliable team players

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences accurately, ensuring efficient event management
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments efficiently, and answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately, maintaining organized office operations
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries in a timely manner, compile data, statistics, and other information accurately, and order office supplies and maintain inventory effectively, demonstrating strong administrative skills
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas courteously and efficiently, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems accurately, providing excellent customer service and organizational support
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in written communication
