Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures while coordinating HR activities to align with organizational goals, and oversee the flow of information within the team
  • The candidates should be able to manage the HR department’s daily operations, ensure compliance with established policies and procedures, record and prepare minutes of meetings, and establish office procedures
  • The candidates should be able to implement recruitment, training, and communication strategies, respond to employee inquiries, compile data and statistics, and order and maintain office supplies
  • The candidates should be able to negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers, oversee payroll administration, and arrange travel while setting up and maintaining filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread documents, provide customer service, maintain a digital database, and evaluate work environments to enhance safety and prevent injury or disease
  • The candidates should be able to supervise office and volunteer staff
