Salary: $17.00 to $21.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 32 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Computer and technology knowledge:Â MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to handle tight deadlines and a large workload while maintaining attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and work with minimal supervision
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should have the ability to multitask, communicate excellently both orally and in writing, and be flexible
- The candidate should be organized, a team player, and accurate
- The candidate should focus on clients, be reliable, and manage time effectively

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team and direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize daily operations and determine and establish office procedures and routines
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and electronic inquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, maintain inventory, and perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service and ensure smooth administrative support
