Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Certificates, licenses, memberships, and courses: Workplace Hazardous, Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
Equipment and Machinery Experience: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers
Equipment: Security system
Security and Safety: Bondable, Criminal record check, Driver’s validity license check
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidate should be able to perform repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads
- The candidate should be able to pay attention to detail
- The candidate should be a combination of bending, crouching and kneeling

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors also dust furniture
- The candidate should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture also clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect elevators and provide basic information on facilities
- The candidate should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers also clean changing rooms and showers
- The candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision also perform safety and security checks
- The candidate should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures also sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- The candidate should be able to operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse also empty trash cans and other waste containers
