Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

- The candidates should have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet critical deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have demonstrated knowledge of administrative principles, methods and practices, policies, standards, guidelines, filing, records, and information management systems, processes, and standards to organize and maintain branch electronic and manual filing systems
- The candidates should have knowledge of processes related to the administration and processing of human resources documents, purchasing requisitions, and invoices or expense claim payments
- The candidates should have arithmetic skills to calculate employee attendance, check and verify calculations on expense claims and invoices and attention to detail to review and proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- The candidates should be able to determine priorities when performing a variety of different administrative responsibilities with conflicting deadlines, and to respond effectively to fluctuating workload demands
- The candidates should have demonstrated reasoning skills to administer the Manager’s calendars in order to determine the required length of meetings and reasoning skills to review incoming correspondence and information requests
- The candidates should have demonstrated oral communication and interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and tact to respond to general inquiries and to provide administrative services to management or staff in all branch sections
- The candidates should have demonstrated written communication skills to prepare administrative reports, standard correspondence and organizational skills to compile information for meetings, correspondence responses, and presentations
- The candidates should have computer skills to prepare documents using a variety of word processing, database, and presentation software applications and desktop publishing
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to provide support to branch operations and project initiatives by producing a variety of documents including correspondence, various materials, and minutes of meetings
- The candidates should be able to administer calendars for the Managers and coordinate meetings and appointments
- The candidates should be able to review and process paperwork for routine workflows
- The candidates should be able to open, organize, and log incoming and outgoing mail and internal approval notes for the branch
- The candidates should be able to administer ‘bring forward’ systems for the managers to track branch action items
- The candidates should be able to respond to in-person inquiries and incoming telephone calls to the section
