Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language.
Education: The candidate should have minimum qualification of College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience.
Experience: The candidate should have at least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and pay attention to detail.

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should have an excellent oral communication and an excellent written communication.
  • The candidate should be organised and reliable.

Responsibilities:

  • The candidate should be required to determine office procedures, compile data, statistics, routines and other information.
  • The candidate should be able to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • The candidate should be in charge of answering phones and forwarding phone calls and messages.
  • The candidate should be required to respond to electronic enquiries.
  • The candidate should be responsible for opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, as well as coordinating the flow of information.
  • The candidate should be expected to set up and maintain manual and computerised information filing systems.
  • The candidate should be responsible in ordering office supplies and maintain inventory.
