Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to multitask and communicate effectively orally, with strong written communication skills
  • The candidates should be flexible, organized, and work well in a team, prioritizing client focus and being reliable
  • The candidates should manage their time effectively, be adaptable, dependable, and quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • The candidates should be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and oversee the development of communication strategies
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute mail and other materials, plan and organize daily operations, and assign, co-ordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • The candidates should be able to record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, determine and establish office procedures and routines, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic enquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and oversee the preparation of reports
  • The candidates should be able to respond to employee questions and complaints, order office supplies and maintain inventory, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, and open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and coordinate the flow of information
  • The candidates should be able to set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to provide customer service, perform basic bookkeeping tasks, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
