Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail and be able to handle repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be comfortable working with minimal supervision

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask effectively and demonstrate excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should exhibit strong written communication skills and show flexibility in their approach to tasks
  • The candidates should be organized, collaborative team players, and prioritize client focus
  • The candidates should possess good time management skills and be quick learners

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication, open and distribute mail and other materials efficiently, sorting and prioritizing items as necessary, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, capturing key discussion points and action items
  • The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, managing calendars effectively, manage contracts, ensuring compliance and adherence to terms, and answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly and accurately
  • The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of employee data and information, identifying trends and insights, answer electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner, and oversee the development of communication strategies, aligning with organizational goals
  • The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes, oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, optimizing cost-efficiency
  • The candidates should be able to organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, fostering a positive work environment, greet people courteously and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring accessibility and organization
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with precision, perform data entry accurately and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and manage digital databases securely, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts
