- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency, schedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionally, and answer telephone calls, relay messages, and handle electronic inquiries efficiently
- The candidates should be able to compile data, statistics, and other information accurately, order office supplies and maintain inventory as needed, and arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations efficiently
- The candidates should be able to greet people courteously and direct them to contacts or service areas as required, set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems accurately, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to perform data entry tasks accurately, provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks as necessary
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations efficiently
