- The candidates should have experience in the financial services and brokerage industry, along with a working knowledge of various listing instruments
- The candidates should have fluency in both French and English is required to serve clients in the community
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to maintain compliance standards when handling client files and performing administrative duties related to supporting the Investment Advisor and team
- The candidates should be able to assist in the development of investment plans and written proposals for current and prospective clients
- The candidates should be able to assist with processes to redirect assets to appropriate financial products based on client risk tolerance and demographic profiles as determined by the Investment Advisor
- The candidates should be able to focus on each client’s experience, connect on a personal level, and anticipate client needs to build trust and deepen relationships
- The candidates should be able to identify opportunities to improve client experience and follow through on requests by answering questions and providing exceptional service
- The candidates should be able to verify documents to confirm completeness and proper signatures in accordance with established procedures and review legal agreements related to cash management products
- The candidates should be able to close gaps in signing authority documents, escalate unresolved issues, and engage appropriate internal partners to facilitate resolutions
- The candidates should be able to respond promptly to client requests, maintaining compliance standards on all files, while proactively identifying business opportunities and supporting team success
