- The candidates should be able to be responsible for carrying out various complex analyses and financial data interpretation in order to provide the information needed to make corporate credit decisions
- The candidates should be able to appeal to highly motivated & curious individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in an entrepreneurial and high-energy environment
- The candidates should be able to support senior members of the bank on a variety of risk management and credit-based financing related activities
- The candidates should be able to conduct financial and industry analysis as directed by the more senior members of the product/coverage teams
- The candidates should be able to prepare credit underwriting materials for use in internal credit adjudication
- The candidates should be able to participate in internal meetings on a variety of matters, and in external client meetings and pitches as appropriate
- The candidates should be able to work within a credit capital markets team environment that includes interaction with colleagues in banking, syndications, capital markets, and risk management
- The candidates should be able to show the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other advisors, although the emphasis is placed on analysis, financial modeling, and written presentations
