Job Description:

Salary: $45,000 annually 30 to 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment – Full time, On the road job
Location: Kitchener, ON
Shifts: Flexible Hours
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence, Vehicle supplied by employer, Driver’s abstract

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years’
Own tools/equipment: Uniform, Cellular phone
Credentials: Driver’s License
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check, Driving record check (abstract)

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to to distinguish between colours
  • The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
  • The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be client focus, organized, flexible, reliable, and judgmental
  • The candidates should have excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to clean and make minor repairs to vehicle, pick up passengers and drive them to destinations
  • The candidates should be able to assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles, take vehicle for servicing
  • The candidates should be able to collect fare, assist clients/guests with special needs
  • The candidates should be able to provide pick up and delivery services on request, attend to complaints or difficult passengers
  • The candidates should be able to drive business or government personnel to and from destinations, drive employers (including family members) to and from destination, perform personal and business errands for employers
