Supervision: 5 -10 people
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Security and safety: Basic security clearance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while performing repetitive tasks
- The candidates should be able to handle physically demanding tasks, have strong attention to detail, and manage a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, handle a large workload, and work overtime as required
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, be dependable, and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and be a team player
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to determine the type of services to be offered, implement operational procedures, and balance cash while completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- The candidate should be able to conduct performance reviews, cost products and services, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidate should be able to organize and maintain inventory, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- The candidate should be able to negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidate should be able to provide customer service and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
