Requirements:

- The candidates should demonstrate strength in maintaining high employee retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity
- The candidates should be able to assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs and possess excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities
- The candidates should be proficient in computer applications, with preference for Microsoft Word and Excel
- The candidates should have GED and hold a valid Driver’s License from their state of residence and maintain automotive liability insurance throughout employment
