Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have progressive experience in Sales, which should include Sales Representative roles and Account Management

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to travel up to 10% of the time

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience with sales and fact-based selling and category reviews
  • The candidates should demonstrate experience using sales reporting systems and AC Nielsen systems
  • The candidates should possess an understanding of financials, including trade spending and profit and loss statements
  • The candidates should exhibit excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with customers

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to utilize the category management process via Nielsen to drive consumer/shopper insights that translate into customer opportunities benefiting both Kraft Heinz and customers
  • The candidates should be able to support the customer business team in evaluating promotional return on investment and drive programs that deliver the highest efficiency for both Kraft Heinz and customers. They should leverage trade return on investment tools to identify high-return selling opportunities that satisfy customer needs and deliver revenue and share
  • The candidates should be able to act as the key liaison between the field selling team and the customer team to communicate selling priorities for upcoming promotions
  • The candidates should be able to serve as the customer business team expert on consumption trends, retail pricing, competitive landscape, innovation performance, and distribution white space to support the customer team in evaluating business performance
  • The candidates should be able to leverage consumption expertise to support the customer team in developing demand-driven forecasts
