Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or Intermediate or a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be 16 years or older

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should own relevant stakeholder communication
  • The candidates should ensure compliance in FM process & strategy
  • The candidates should communicate and coordinate business input into capital and program plans with SMs, MLs, RVPs, and other service partners and WMT support areas
  • The candidates should possess basic knowledge of the Waste, Recycling, or Transportation industry

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee and be accountable for the FM service delivery model and partnerships, driving accountability from service partners, optimizing costs, and managing change/communication with the broader WMT organization
  • The candidates should be able to ensure FM compliance and governance in both strategy and execution, regularly meeting with the service partner’s Vendor Management team to review vendor performance and identify opportunities. Act as a liaison between WMT Operations to assist in issue resolution
  • The candidates should be able to collaborate with the Service Partner’s Finance & PIMO on analytics initiatives related to optimal service delivery options supporting stores, MLs, and RVPs
  • The candidates should be able to periodically meet with the Service Partner to review financial and KPI/SLA performance
  • The candidates should be able to establish partnerships with stakeholders, including the Compliance/CI team and merchants
  • The candidates should be able to form a partnership with MLs, Regional teams, and FM strategic service partner
  • The candidates should be able to act as the WMT point of escalation (CBRE Ops Mgr/ROM first point)
  • The candidates should be able to leverage service provider data to inform regional strategies
  • The candidates should be able to support communication between WMT Ops & Service Partners
  • The candidates should be able to exercise spend oversight with the Service Partner & WMT Finance
