Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years’
Computer and technology knowledge: Quick Books, Database software, Real World, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD), Internet, MS Windows
Bookkeeping and accounting: Manual
Security and safety: Bondable

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • The candidates should be able to work in tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
  • The candidates should be able to handle large workload

Other Requirements:

  • The candidate should be accurate and a multi-tasker

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to prepare general ledger, manage accounts receivable, manage accounts payable, prepare trial balance
  • The candidates should be able to open and close books for auditors, conduct banking, prepare payroll, invoice clients
  • The candidates should be able to costing and budgeting, prepare income tax, perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing and record systems
  • The candidates should be able to perform general office duties
  • The candidates should be able to prepare financial statements and reports, prepare reports
