Bartender
Dalewood Golf Club based in Cobourg, ON is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Bartender. Dalewood Golf Club is a semi-private year round facility offering the amenities of a prestigious urban club. We feature a par 71 championship course with tee selections that offer a wide variety of playing yardages. The golf course offers great conditions and the natural hazards make it a very challenging game of golf. The facility also offers a full service restaurant, bar, and barbecue patio area available to the public, members, and guests alike. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 to less than 5 years’

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to organize and set up bar, clean bar area and wash glassware
- The candidates should be able to serve food or snacks, advise on wine selection, inform customers regarding contents of cocktails or other drinks
- The candidates should be able to collect cash, credit/debit cards or other payment for beverages, operate cash register
- The candidates should be able to record and balance beverage sales, store beverage and food products, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- The candidates should be able to prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages, take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
