Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of sales with a proven track record of achieving sales goals, cosmetic experience, effective verbal and written communication skills, being customer service oriented and previous experience in leading a team is highly desired

- The candidates should exhibit independent thinking and decision-making abilities when addressing customer needs
- The candidates should be capable of acting upon tasks and goals outlined by management
- The candidates should be able to develop a yearly plan for personal development
- The candidates should be able to work in conjunction with the Associate-Owner and Front Store Manager
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to always put the Customer first and provide superior customer service
- The candidates should be able to monitor and communicate CSI survey results and objectives with team members
- The candidates should be able to actively model the desired behavior with eClienteling to provide superior customer service
- The candidates should be able to book appointments for events and manage the annual incremental event schedule
- The candidates should be able to promote products through marketing and encourage the use of the PC Optimum program
- The candidates should be able to ensure staff are trained to beauty sales standards.
- The candidates should be able to mentor, coach, train, and motivate staff
- The candidates should be able to create an environment where “selling is fun”
- The candidates should be able to prepare performance appraisals in association with the Front Store Manager
- The candidates should be able to articulate and demonstrate “Blue Culture Principles” and C.O.R.E Values
- The candidates should be able to foster an environment that supports “Blue Culture Principles” and “C.O.R.E Values”
- The candidates should be able to utilize corporate sales tools to continuously track Sales
- The candidates should be able to ensure Cosmetic Operating Standards are in place
- The candidates should be able to identify “peak hours” and schedule shifts accordingly
