Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a degree in Business, Planning, Engineering or a related field
Experience: Candidates should have minimum of 4 years’ experience in asset management, business process review, change management, and/or strategic and performance reporting

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have a good understanding of asset management, information technology, and organizational process review and improvement
  • The candidates should be preferred if they have experience working in a politically sensitive environment with multiple interested parties
  • The candidates should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong organizational ability
  • The candidates should have the ability to deliver on priorities through effective consultation and the development of relationships

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to perform business studies and lead projects that promote continuous improvements within Parks and Open Spaces and able to conduct reviews of business processes, audits of operation services and processes, and manage projects for the business unit as well as the division
  • The candidates should be able to gather and analyze operational, performance measurement, and asset management (AM) information from various portfolios within Parks and Open Spaces for consolidation into the asset and performance reporting systems and processes
  • The candidates should be able to lead further development, implementation, and review of Parks Customer Level of Service (CLOS) model and CLOS-based operations planning and able to champion and support the evolution of AM practices and CLOS within Parks and Open Spaces
  • The candidates should be able to support the development, implementation, and review of Parks AM and CLOS best practices, technology, and data strategies and able to provide AM and CLOS consultation, advice, coaching, and mentoring to ensure continued AM success
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate change management processes for the successful implementation of new programs and business processes and able to monitor and report on division/business unit performance measures and various AM and CLOS initiatives
