Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 5 years or more
Experience and specialization Equipment: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Power tools, Security system
Security and safety: The candidates should have clear criminal records

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, be physically demanding, and a repetitive tasker
  • The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
  • The candidates should be able to handle weight up to 9-23 kg (20-50 lbs.)

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be dependable, flexible, initiative, judgmental, reliable, and organized
  • The candidate should have excellent oral communication, efficient written communication, and be able to work as a team player


  • The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs, operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • The candidates should be able to empty trash cans and other waste containers, wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs
  • The candidates should be able to advertise vacancy, balance rent roll, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs on appliances, perform safety and security checks, show apartments and offices to prospective tenants, supervise other workers
  • The candidates should be able to perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair, work with minimal supervision
  • The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
