Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of a degree in Business Administration, Planning, Public Policy, Public Administration, Commerce, Communications, Human Resources or Organization Design
Experience: Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a large public or corporate environment supporting senior leadership in policy analysis or development, performance measurement and customer service

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have experience strategies, market research, strategic planning, creation, and monitoring of accountability systems
  • The candidates should have a Change Management and Project Management designation and experience with housing, non-profit, and vulnerable sectors
  • The candidates should demonstrate the ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, statements, and presentations
  • The candidates should have a proven ability to interact effectively with and engage a variety of interest holders at various management levels
  • The candidates should possess excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without authority and provide proof of qualifications upon successful application

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to lead the development of business and operational planning processes to support the company in the development and implementation of the strategic, business, and annual work plans
  • The candidates should be able to report to the Board on the progress made in achieving goals
  • The candidates should be able to coordinate quarterly reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) based on identified metrics; facilitate the development of a CH communication to various interest holders by creating awareness of CH services
  • The candidates should be able to provide business analysis, actionable recommendations, and support the development of data-driven strategies based on insights generated through the analysis of patterns, trends, and root-cause
  • The candidates should be able to lead the co-creation and implementation of the 10-year strategic and annual business plan with ELT and the CH Board, setting the direction and objectives of the organization
  • The candidates should be able to facilitate strategic planning related to policy development across the organization and initiate strategic projects as required to pursue new or revised strategic mandates including policy development
  • The candidates should be able to identify, develop, and implement measurement strategies, performance tracking, reporting framework, and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement and accountability aligned with corporate customer service standards
  • The candidates should be able to provide senior-level consultation to internal clients to understand challenges and collaborate to provide analytical expertise on the development of data-driven strategies, new and innovative business practices, action plans, and methodologies
  • The candidates should be able to lead projects as identified by a strategic plan and best practice research with other leading social housing agencies
