Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and be adept at managing tight deadlines
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- The candidates should be organized

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitor progress, and read blueprints, schemas, and drawings
- The candidates should be able to direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, as well as develop and implement quality control programs
- The candidates should be able to oversee the analysis of data and information, plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, and prepare reports
