Work setting: Neurology, Relocation costs not covered by employer, Willing to relocate, Sports therapy, Orthopedics, Chronic care therapy, Manipulative therapy, Private practice
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and Physical therapy/therapist
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Credentials: Alliance of Physiotherapy Regulatory Boards Examination and Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Eligible for professional liability insurance
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at hand-eye coordination and comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- The candidates should be able to stand for extended periods and capable of bending, crouching, and kneeling
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment, proficient in walking, and attentive to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be punctual in meeting commitments and focused on client needs
- The candidates should be equipped with efficient interpersonal skills and be excellent in oral communication
- The candidates should be adept at interpersonal awareness and capable of exercising good judgment
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assess patients’ physical abilities and administer evaluative tests and procedures
- The candidates should be able to supervise technical and support staff, plan physiotherapy programs, and select appropriate exercises, apparatus, and manipulations
- The candidates should be able to maintain clinical and progress reports, confer with other health professionals, and teach and/or supervise exercises to patients
