Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: The Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: The candidates should have class 4/4F/F/4A-B-C Licence
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work with attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to handle Hand-eye co-ordination
- The candidates should be able to distinguish between colours, do sound discrimination, and be able to sit for extended periods
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be client focus, flexible, reliable, judgmental, have excellent oral communication, and be able to work as a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to clean and make minor repairs to vehicle, pick up passengers and drive them to destinations
- The candidates should be able to assist passengers with luggage and in boarding vehicles, take vehicle for servicing, collect fare, assist clients/guests with special needs
- The candidates should be able to record transactions, provide basic tourist information, provide pick up and delivery services on request
- The candidates should be able to attend to complaints or difficult passengers
- The candidates should be able to operate dispatch systems, operate two-way radios
