Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have educational qualifications such as Primary/Junior or Junior/Intermediate qualifications
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess an OCT Certificate
- The candidates should demonstrate proficiency in the subject(s) they are assigned to teach, with a strong understanding of the Ontario Curriculum expectations relevant to their grade level(s) and subject area(s)
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that align with the Ontario Curriculum and meet the diverse learning needs of students in the classroom
- The candidates should be able to regularly assess student progress using a variety of assessment tools and strategies, provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians, and maintain accurate records of student achievement in accordance with board policies
