Salary: $21.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) 40 to 44 hours per week

Location: Calgary, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation, Own vehicle, and Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Urban area, Business sector, and Private sector
Supervision: Data entry clerks

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of experience: Call centre
Security and safety: Driver’s validity licence check

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should efficiently access and process information to fulfill job responsibilities
  • The candidates should promptly and effectively address customer complaints or concerns, aiming for resolution and satisfaction
  • The candidates should answer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, or company policies to customers
  • The candidates should arrange billing for services rendered to customers accurately and in a timely manner, and explain service types and costs clearly
  • The candidates should issue receipts and other documentation for completed transactions and maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and services
  • The candidates should perform general office duties such as filing, organizing paperwork, and managing documents efficiently
  • The candidates should receive and log customer complaints, documenting relevant details for further investigation or resolution, and receive payments from customers securely and accurately
  • The candidates should perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, entering information into databases or software systems as required
