Donor Direct Consulting based in Vancouver, BC is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Call Centre Agent-Customer Service. Donor Direct Consulting is a well-known third party fundraising consultancy that assists not-for-profit organizations in building stronger brand awareness and dramatically growing their monthly support base. We have clients that include some of Canada’s largest and most reputable charitable and not for profit organizations. We are known to implement staff and manage fundraising campaigns on behalf of our clients using a variety of fundraising tools, including Telemarketing and Face to Face fundraising. The candidates who will get selected for the vacancy will be required to start the work as soon as possible.

Shifts: 13:00 to 20:00
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualification such as secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset, training will be provided
Computer and Technology Knowledge: Internet
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to work in a punctual way and be able to work with being focused on the client
- The candidate should have an efficient interpersonal skills and have an excellent oral communication skills
- The candidate should be a team player
Responsibilities:
- The candidate should be able to answer inquiries and provide information to customers also participate in fundraising activities for charity or non-profit organizations
